The initial internet communication with Karen was very positive and the in-person salesman Mr. Bakshi, was super knowledgeable. I also had to drive long distance home and my car cable didn't fit in the new car. He went out of his way to find me a cable that fit so I could use my GPS. Thank you!

This dealership is the best dealership in the DMV area. I was in need of a key fob and have been calling and visiting different dealerships. I felt like I was being scammed at everyone of them especially Dacar Toyota at Rockville Pike. I was very skeptical when I called Jim Coleman, thinking that they will treat me the same. To my surprised, they are very upfront with all the pricing and steps. I have called twice at a different time and they told me the same price (very clear and reasonable). The staff are very friendly and it was a breeze. The facility is clean and conveniently located. I highly recommended this dealership.

As usual , Kyle Seidell, my service representative, was courteous and efficient, as he scheduled the regular maintenance service for my 2012 Prius C. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. He updated me about some additional items that could be taken care of immediately or later. I am happy with my car and with the service at Jim Coleman Toyota. As an interesting sidenote, my gas mileage has improved over the years.
