With Toyota Rent a Car at Jim Coleman Toyota, you can drive around in a fully equipped late model Toyota that comes with complimentary 24-hour roadside assistance. • Renter and all additional drivers must possess, and present at time of rental, a valid driver’s license, and full coverage insurance carrying Comprehensive and Collision (expired cards/declaration pages are not accepted). Renter must also present a major credit card. NO exceptions.
• There will also be a $100 authorization hold on the credit card and a $25 administrative fee for the vehicle.
• All drivers must be at least 21 years old at the time of the rental.
• Renter agrees and certifies that they have sufficient insurance coverage to ensure they are fully covered on rental vehicles.
• We do not offer any type of damage/collision waivers. Renter is responsible for all damage incurred to the vehicle during terms of the rental agreement.
• Renter is responsible for vehicle’s condition until it has been inspected and checked in by dealership/rental employee.
• Rentals are not equipped with Ez-Pass. Renter is responsible for all toll charges, tickets and violations incurred during terms of the rental agreement.
• Smoking or Vaping of any type is not permitted in the rentals. Any evidence of such will result in a $250 clean/deodorize fee.
• Pets of any type are not permitted in the rentals. Evidence of such will results in a $250 clean/deodorize fee.
• Every rental is given with a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel. It is the responsibility of the renter to replenish the fuel with a quarter tank.
• Rental vehicles being paid for by a third party must be returned within 24 hours of the vehicle repairs being completed or customers will be charged the retail rate for each additional day the customer retains the rental vehicle.
• Rental vehicles being paid for by Toyota Warranty/Service Contract or any dealership internal department do not include fuel used by the customer. The rental must be returned with a minimum of a quarter tank.
• Rentals are not permitted for Uber/Lyft, to carry persons or property for hire to provide transportation services of any sort.
• Off road use is not permitted on any rental.
• Reservation is dependent on vehicle model availability. All rates include Unlimited Mileage and 24-hour roadside assistance.
